    Comments:

    With one base layer, good for low 40s. With base layer and wool jersey good for mid to low 30s. I've been comfortable at 34 degrees so far. It should be warm at least 32 degrees or colder. At that point, the hands and feet will feel the cold more. I use the Bontrager RXL Waterproof booties (not RXL Stormshell ones) and stay comfortable. The booties are warm and breathe
