I bought this bicycle a little less than a year ago to replace my super heavy steel omafiets. I had just moved to a place with many hills and the single speed monster that my omafiets is just wasn't cutting it. I use it daily for commuting and it has done its job very well. While it isn't a steel frame it is incredible durable. Part of my commute involves a bus ride and all the buses in my city have contraptions on the front to place your bicycle onto. Well, going around a corner it fell off the moving bus. I took it into my local bicycle shop and the only thing that needed to be done was for the breaks to be tightened. A bit of scratches but I have seen no problems at all since. Overall a superb bicycle.
I've been on the market for a bike that I can use for commuting and/or cruising around for fun, and I've been eyeing this one online. I rode a few other styles, and they leaned forward too much for comfort or they were awkward feeling when riding standing up. As soon as I rode this one I LOVED IT! I bought it immediately, took it home and rode around more, and it is perfect. 3 gears is plenty for me, especially since this bike is great to ride seated or standing up.
